More Pets Than Kids

Fun Fact Friday 🤗 Did you know there are currently more households in America with pets than with children?

According to the U.S. Census, the share of families with children living in their homes under the age of 18 has continued to decline while pet ownership has steadily risen since 1988.* With this increase, it’s no surprise that home buyers consider their furry friends to be one of the most important factors when buying a home.
